Would prefer texts in English if you are interested!!! Big bright sunny room. It’s an old building but the windows were renovated in 2020 and a beautiful wooden floor. The room is 22sqm although you walked through susanas room to enter mine , she has decorated hers that the bed is cornered off so it looks more like a living room but that is something that needs to be taken in account!
Very central located right on Linzergasse with spar, bakeries and loads of cute coffee shops right underneath the building.Hauptbahnhof is a 12 minute walk or you can use any of the buses to arrive there which is literally 2 minutes by foot! :)
An Irish 26 year old man working at Red Bull as a film producer and a German 25 year old doing her masters in psychology and working too. We share the bathroom and kitchen. We have mostly separate/busy lives but do enjoy a glass of wine or an odd dinner here and there together!
The apartment building has a beautiful garden downstairs that we may use and a prime location very close to do sunset missions or get around the city!
