Das Zimmer hat mit seinen 22 qm die perfekte Größe und liegt auf der süd-östlichen Seite der Wohnung. Es besitzt eine große Fensterfront, wodurch es richtig schön hell ist.
Die Wohnung hat zudem eine recht geräumige Küche und Badezimmer, sowie einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man in den Innenhof und im Sommer auf einen Rosengarten schaut. Neben einem Kellerabteil und einem Dachboden, gibt es auch eine extra Fahrradkeller.
Wichtig: Das Zimmer kommt unmöbliert!

With its 22 square metres, the room is the perfect size and is located on the south-eastern side of the flat. It has a large window front, which makes it really bright. The flat also has a quite spacious kitchen and bathroom, as well as a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a rose garden in summer. Besides a cellar compartment and an attic, there is also an extra bicycle storage room.
Important: the room comes unfurnished!
Die Lage ist super zentral, eigentlich direkt am Mirabellenplatz. Hier findest du alles was das Herz begehrt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Spar, Bäcker, Altstadt, Bars etc.). Zur Bushaltestelle brauchst du ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten. Falls du außerdem am Mozarteum studierst. Checkpot, wir wohnen gleich gegenüber!

The location is super central, actually right on Mirabellenplatz. Here you'll find everything your heart desires. Supermarket, bakery, old town, bars, etc. Everything is just a 5min walk away. Also you only need 2 minutes to get to the bus stop. If study at Mozarteum, Checkpot, you'll live just around the corner!
In der Wohnung wohnen momentan noch Dominik, Marylin und Davide. Ich Lena ziehe aus und suche daher eine*n nette*n Nachfolger*in für mein Zimmer. Das Zusammenleben ist mit den dreien sehr entspannt. Ab und zu wird gemeinsam gekocht oder etwas unternommen. Ist aber kein Muss. :)

Dominik, Marylin and Davide are currently living in the flat. I, Lena, am moving out and am therefore looking for a nice successor for my room. Living together with the three of them is very relaxed. From time to time we cook together or do something together. But it's not a must. :)
