This beautiful 15m2 room has a beautiful view of the garden and its own balcony! Just a few steps (really!) from the NaWi, so is a perfect place if you are studying (you can use the library and the restaurant even if you don't study there!). In the WG there are 2 other flatmates that you will for sure like <3. Together with the room you have a big closet in the corridor right in front of the room's door and a balcony just for you.
The rent period starts in 1st of June :)
The apartment is in Nonntal, center-south in Salzburg. It is 2min walking from the NaWi (Paris-Lodron Universität), 5min from a great Spar, Hofer, DM and pharmacy. Also the Zentrum Herrnau is really close. The bus number 22 stops right in front of the building. Also 2min distance are the amazing fields where you can bike, skate, run, or just spend some time laying on the grass. The street is very quiet and has easy access to the city (30min walking or 10min with the bike).
You have 2 flatmates, Nadine (from Austria) and Guillem (from Spain). They are opened, fun, and like to hang out in the apartment to cook or for some pizza nights. We are not a "Zweck-WG", so are all good vibes. :) You are very welcomed if you are respectifull, like to communicate, and also pay attention to cleanness.
Bus stop right in front of the building (Line 22) and others on the main street (Alpenstraße) 4min walking (Lines 3, 8 and lots others).
We have out own washing machine and dishwasher at home! :)
The rent is WARM, that means that internet, water and heating are included on the price.
Deposit is 1100€ and +40€ for the recent blinds on the wall.
The renting period starts in June 1st.
