Ich ziehe Anfang Juni aus meiner WG in der Nähe der NaWi aus.
📍Lage:
Das Apartment liegt 2 min entfernt von der NaWi und 5 min zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, Hofer, Spar und Dm.
🏠 Das Apartment:
Es gibt vier Zimmer, zwei Bäder (eines mit Badewanne und Dusche), eine Küche, eine kleine Abstellkammer und einen Balkon, der bei dir am Zimmer anschließt.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen (ca. 40 ct/Wäsche) und auch Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen. Aus dem Küchenfenster hat man einen super Blick auf die Festung.
🏘️Mitbewohnerinnen:
Du wirst drei weitere Mitbewohnerinnen haben.
Luca(20) studiert Molekulare Biowissenschaften, Anna(35) studiert Biologie und Alice(22) studiert Psychologie. Wir verstehen uns alle super und verbringen gerne Zeit gemeinsam, aber auch Zeit alleine wird geschätzt. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam oder haben einen Spieleabend.
Die WG ist allerdings keine Party-WG.
🛏️Möbel:
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett, einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa, einem Schrank, einem Tisch und zwei Spiegeln.

I'm moving out of my room right next to the NaWi in the begining of June.
📍 Location:
The apartment is 5 Min walk to the bus stop, Hofer, Spar and DM.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator.
🏠 The apartment:
There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with toilet and shower/Bathtub and sink, one with toilet and sink), one kitchen, a small storage room, and of course the balcony.
In the basement there is a big laundry room (40cent for one hour wash-cycle), space to put bikes and also a room to store stuff.
You can also see the amazing Fortress from the kitchen windows!
🏘️ Who's here:
You will share the house with three other girls, Luca (20) and Anna (35) study biology and Alice (22) studies psychology. They are very friendly and love to spend time together, but we also value alone time.
Sometimes we like to cook together and have fun game nights, but this is not a party-WG.
🛏️ Forniture:
In the room there is a bunk bed, sofa (when open becomes a king size bed!), a big closet, a desk and two mirrors. If you would like to keep it, you can text me and discuss about the price ☺️
