WG Zimmer – 1 Minute von der NaWi!

DEUTSCH:

Mit etwas Wehmut suche ich eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für mein tolles WG-Zimmer in Nonntal – nur 1 Minute (!) von der NaWi (Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät) entfernt (Ende Michael-Pacher-Straße). Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er WG – mit dir werden zwei nette Mädels die Wohnung teilen.

Das Zimmer, etwa 2,5x5,5m groß, ist sehr hell mit Blick auf das Grüne im Vorgarten. Es ist gut geschnitten, sodass selbst bei Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bücherregale noch genug freier Platz vorliegt.

Die restliche Wohnung besteht aus getrenntem WC mit Waschbecken, einem Bad mit Dusche, einem Vorzimmer/Gang und eine gemütliche Wohnküche.

Unsere WG liegt im 1.OG eines Wohnhauses mit Aufzug, Fahrradkeller und Parkmöglichkeiten für BewohnerInnen.

Das Einkaufzentrum Herrnau (kaum 5 Minuten zum Fuß) mit DM, Spar, Hofer, Raschofer und myindigo liegt gleich um’s Eck. In der Alpenstraße findest du die Shopping Arena mit H&M, Merkur, Müller, Spar, Hofer, MediaMarkt, Leiner usw. (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Bus). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist Faistauergasse mit sehr guten Verbindungen Richtung Stadtzentrum/Hauptbahnhof und Salzburg-Süd.

Einfach der ideale Wohnort für StudentInnen an der NaWI (1 Minute) oder am Unipark (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß) oder für BerufseinsteigerInnen in Salzburg.

Die monatliche Miete beläuft sich inklusive allem (Miete, Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet) bei etwa 430 €.

It is with a heavy heart that I am giving up my room in a fantastic 3-person flatshare in Nonntal, Salzburg. Thus I am looking for someone (male or female) to take over my room. The room is on Michael-Pacher-Strasse and a stone's throw away from the natural sciences faculty of the University of Salzburg at the end of the street! You will share that flat with two other very nice and friendly girls (both of whom are German and English speakers).

The room is approximately 2.5 x 5.5 meters large, is light and has a forward view over the shared garden. The room is large enough to accommodate a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf comfortably. The room will be partly furnished.

The rest of the flat is composed of a separate toilet, shower room (with washing machine), a hall and a cozy fully furnished modern kitchen. The flat is on the first floor of a new build, with a lift, bike cellar and parking for residents in a private car park.

The building is close to both the Herrnau shopping centre (Hofer, DM, Spar, Deichmann, Raschhofer and myindigo) and the Shopping Arena Alpenstraße (H&M, Spar, Müller, DM, Hofer, MediaMarkt, Leiner). The nearest bus stop is Faistauergasse, with regular services to the main station, old city or Salzburg-Süd railway station (via the Shopping Arena).

The flat would be a perfect base for students (the natural sciences department or UNIPark being within walking distance) or professionals working in Salzburg.

The monthly rent includes all amenities (heating, water, Internet, electricity etc.) and is about €440 per month.
