Das Zimmer hat ein 1,40m Bett eine Kommode fürs Gewand, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch. Außerdem gibt es wsl. noch ein Epiano, welches gerne genutzt werden kann! Am Fensterbalkon sind auch ein paar Blumen / Pflanzen. Das Zimmer ist am Ende des Flurs, daher geht da sonst keiner vorbei, außer zum Kammerl, wo unsere Putzsachen ect. drin sind. Die Sonne kommt vor allem morgens rein, das heißt es eher kühl an den heißen Sommertagen.
In the room there is a cozy bed 1,40m big, a little wardorbe, a shelf and a desk with a very comfortable and egonomical chair. Moreover there is an e piano, which you can play! :) There might be some plants and flowers in the little windowsill. The room is the last one on the corridor expect from the storeroom, so therefore its quite calm.
The sun is shining in the moring to wake you, and in for the rest of the day you can leave the curtains open.
Die WG befindet sich in Parsch, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 1Minute entfernt und zur SBahn sinds auch nur 5 Gehminuten. Der Spar ist auch gleich da und der Preuschenpark ist ums Eck. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Rad ca. 10 - 12 Minuten und mit dem Bus auch gleich lang. Zum Bahnhof ca. 15- 20 Minuten. Zum Gaisberg 5 Minuten mit dem Rad!
Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend in der man toll spazieren kann!
The appartment is very well placed in parsch, because the busstop is only 1 minute away and the s bahn only five.
There is a supermarket next to the busstop and a very nice Park called Preuschenpark around the corner. If you want to go for a little hike you are closly to the Gaisberg and if you need to go to the main Trainsstation you are there in 20minutes.
Its a calm and friendly quater of salzburg because you are also in the center in 10 to 15 minutes by bike or bus.
In der WG wohnen Jana und Aida und Minki (Aidas Katze). Jana arbeitet in einer Firma im Marketingbereich und Aida studiert Soziologie. Die beiden kochen gerne, lesen und schauen Serien. Minki ist manchmal den ganzen Tag unterwegs und manchmal chillt sie am Sofa und lässt sich streicheln. Aida kocht gerne scharf und asiatisch - für Ramen ist sie immer zu haben ;) Jana hingegen mag lieber die mediterrane Küche, sie hat auch eine Zeit lang in Südtirol und in Italien gelebt. Außerdem kümmert sie sich gern um Blumen und Pflanzen und verschönert unseren Balkon immer wieder :)
Jana, Aida and Minki (Aidas cat) are living here. Jana is working and Aida is studying. They both like cooking, reading and watching netflix sometimes. Minki likes to be outside a lot, but some days she is chilling on the sofa for houres and you are allowed to be next to her ;) Aida likes asian hot and spicy food, whereas Jana prefers the mediterian kitchen, as she already lived in italy and south tyrol. Moreover she is caring for plants and flowers and upgrade the cozyness of the balkony.
Das tolle an der Wohnung ist, dass wir zwei Balkone haben, die übers Wohnzimmer begehbar sind. Auf dem einen ist die Sonne bis zur Mittagszeit und am anderen dann bis am Abend.
Außerdem haben wir eine Waschküche und einen Fahrradraum im Erdgeschoss.
A very beautiful aspect of the appartment is, that we have 2 balkonies, which are acessable from the living room (which is also quite big). If you want to have breakfast in the sun, you can use the one balkony, and for lunch and dinner, its the other one.
There is a washkitchen and a bicyle storage room in the entrence area.
