Ruhige Lage in der Nähe der S-Bahn Station Parsch. 12 Fahrradminuten zur NaWi (bzw NLW Faktultät) und 15 min in die Innenstadt.
Quiet location near the S-Bahn station Parsch. 12 minutes by bike to NaWi (or NLW faculty) and 15 min to the city center.
Wir: Manu (30, SpoWi Master) , Thibault (32, Europ.Recht), und eine Unbekannte die im März neu einzieht suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in
Was wir mögen:
-kommunikative, zuverlässige, aktive Menschen.
-Jemand der mehr als eine Zweck-WG will. Aber keine Sorge, bei uns wird niemand zu irgendwas gezwungen ;)
-Gerne vegetarisch/vegan, muss aber nicht sein. Wir suchen jemand mit dem man auch mal hängen kann, der/die Bock hat ab und zu mit uns Pizza/Sushi/Sommerrollen/Burger zu machen (überwiegend vegan)
-Gerne sportlich aktiv (Manu freut sich besonders wenn sie mit jemand radln und Skifahrn kann).
-Nichtraucher.
-Grüner Daumen oder zumindest Bock auch auf dem (riesen) Balkon aktiv zu werden.
-Leute über 24 die am besten nicht zum ersten mal von zuhause weg wohnen.
-Ein Sauberkeitsempfinden das mit unserem zusammenpasst wär nice. Wir haben das mit dem Putzplan ziemlich gut im Griff, wenn du das ein bisschen geil findest bist du bei uns richtig.

What we like:
-Communicative, reliable, active people.
-Someone who wants more than a purpose shared apartment. But don't worry, no one will be forced to do anything with us ;)
-Happy to be vegetarian/vegan, but doesn't have to be. We are looking for someone with whom you can also hang out, who has the will to make pizza/sushi/summer rolls/burgers with us from time to time (mostly vegan).
-Happy to be active in sports (Manu is especially happy when she can bike and ski with someone).
-Non-smoker.
-Green thumb or at least willing to be active on the (huge) balcony (Aaron is especially happy if someone helps to prune tomatoes).
-People over 22 who do not live away from home for the first time.
-A sense of cleanliness that matches ours would be nice. We have the cleaning schedule pretty well under control, if you find that a bit arousing you are right with us.
