Dein Zimmer ist ca. 27 qm groß und bietet eine hohe Raumqualität, damit du dich wie zu Hause fühlst. Es ist dank des großen Fensters sehr hell und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Festung, den Kapuzinerberg und den Untersberg.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Parsch. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, da sie nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und direkt vor der Buslinie 6 und dem Bahnhof von Salzburg Parsch liegt. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Spar und auch andere Geschäfte wie Billa oder DM sind in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (z.B. Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster). Sie verfügt über eine Toilette und ein separates Bad mit Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat Zugang zu einem Balkon, auf dem man schön draußen in der Sonne sitzen kann. Es gibt Zugang zu einem Keller und einem Fahrradkeller.
Preis: 550€/Monat, und für die Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch und Sofasessel) würde ich Ihnen 300€ berechnen.

Your room is approx. 27 sqm and offers a high quality of space to make you feel at home. It is very bright thanks to its large window with a beautiful view of the fortress, Kapuzinerberg and Untersberg.
The flat is located in Parsch. It is very well located, as it is only 10 minutes by bike from the city centre and right in front of the bus line 6 and the train station of Salzburg Parsch. There is a Spar on the ground floor of the building and other shops like Billa or DM are nearby as well.
The flat contains a fully equipped kitchen (e.g. dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster). It has a toilet and a separate bathroom with a washing machine. The room is furnished and has access to a balcony, nice to seat outside in the sun. There is access to a cellar and a bike cellar.
Price: 550€/month, and for the furniture (bed, desk and sofachair) I would charge you 300€.
