WICHTIG: Besichtigungstermine werden für den 03.05.24 (Freitag) eingeplant. Schreibt mir bei Interesse, welche Uhrzeit für euch funktionieren würde.
Das Zimmer mag zwar relativ klein sein, aber dank des Hochbettes bleibt dennoch ausreichend gemütlicher Platz. Selbst mit einer Größe von 1,75 Metern kann ich problemlos unter dem Bett aufrecht stehen. Trotz meines umfangreichen Kleidungssortiments habe ich erfolgreich alles in die Wohnung integriert.
Folgende Möbel sollen in der Wohnung verbleiben:
- Hochbett (Preis: 100,-)
- Schreibtisch, der am Hochbett befestigt ist (Preis: 60,-)
- Weißer Kleiderschrank (Preis: 25,-)
- Weißes Ikea-Regal (Preis: 0,-)
- Spiegel (Preis: 5,-)
Ablösesumme: 190,- EUR

The room may be relatively small, but thanks to the loft bed, there's still cozy space available. Even with a height of 1.75 meters, I can comfortably stand upright under the bed. Despite having a lot of clothes, I've managed to fit everything into the apartment.

Neben der attraktiven Miete (323,- warm) ist die Lage das absolute Highlight. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie Einkaufszentren wie Spar, Müller und Apotheken sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät ist mit dem Fahrrad in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar, und auch die Salzach liegt nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Bars, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 22 ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.
Besides the attractive rent, the location is the absolute highlight. The main train station and shopping centers like Spar, Müller, and pharmacies are only a 5-minute walk away. The Faculty of Natural Sciences is reachable by bike in just 15 minutes, and the Salzach River is also only 10 minutes away on foot. Bars, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, and the bus stop for line 22 is practically right outside the door.
Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen wird voraussichtlich im August ausziehen. Die beiden anderen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Studentinnen, die nebenbei arbeiten. Sie kommen aus Kolumbien und sprechen spanisch, englisch un ein wenig deutsch. Da jeder von uns einen recht unterschiedlichen Tagesablauf hat, sehen wir uns nicht allzu oft. Gelegentlich essen wir gemeinsam zu Abend, und es gibt auch einen Putzplan. Die Atmosphäre ist generell sehr entspannt.
One of my roommates is likely to move out in August. The other two roommates are students who also work part-time. They speak Spanish, English and a bit of German. Since each of us has quite a different daily routine, we don't see each other too often. Occasionally, we have dinner together, and there's also a cleaning schedule. The atmosphere is generally very relaxed.

Wi-Fi is not included in the rent! Currently, we use a router that I bought at Aldi. However, I'll be taking it with me when I move out, so you'll need to arrange for a new one.
