In unserer gemütlichen 3er WG im Andräviertel wird ab 1.1.2020 ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung hat Gesamtfläche von 79qm und dein Zimmer ist 23qm groß. Wir teilen uns Küche, Bad, WC (separat), Kellerabteil, Internet Flatrate (WiFi) und die Miete im Verhältnis zur Wohnfläche
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Busse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Altstadt, das Schloss Mirabell, die Salzach und der Hauptbahnhof sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Anwohnerparkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind also rundum gut angebunden, sodass man auch ohne Auto sehr gut zurechtkommt.
WG-Leben
Wir sind Divna 31 und Marcel 38 (Wochenaufenthalter), beide berufstätig und legen Wert auf freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang.
Sonstiges
Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber in der Küche darf geraucht werden.
