The Flat:
82m2 flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 spare room (with pull out sleeper couch), a kitchen/dining room, & bathroom (including Washing machine). We've got pretty much everything necessary to live comfortably.
The flat also has access to 2 small garages (storage only), a garden & a small basement as well.
City is reachable easily by bus within 10mins, Bus numbers 4 & 10 leave from a stop 2mins walk from the flat. The S-Bahn train station is also a 10min walk away
Parking is also available on the street if you have a car(parkingpass necessary).

Die Wohnung (80m2) verfügt über weitere 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine), eine Küche und ein Gästezimmer mit Schlafcouch. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so in einem WG-Leben braucht.
Die Lage:
Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich nur 10 min. zu Fuß von der S-Bahnstation Gnigl entfernt und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der Alterbach an dem du super laufen und spazieren gehn kannst. Außerdem kannst du in 10 min auf den Heuberg gehn, wo du einen wunderschönen Blick über die ganze Stadt hast und sofort in der puren Natur bist.
Verkehrsanbindung:
Direkt vor der Haustüre ist die Busstation wo die Linien 4, 10 und 23 fahren. Der Hanuschplatz ist mit dem Bus in 15min zu erreichen.
Die Autobahn erreichst du in 10 min mit dem Auto.
Die S-Bahn Station ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplätze sind in der Parallel-Straße verfügbar.
Wenn du ein Rad hast, kannst du es bei uns in der Garage abstellen.

Looking for a new roommate as of beginning of July.
Little info about us:
We are both Native english speakers but can speak german as well. The house is relatively empty during the week as we both work full time and are often away for work but both do work from home sometimes.
We often hang in the kitchen in the evening over a beer & on some occasions cook together. Would be nice to find someone who's interested in the same :)
