Das ist wunderschöne 21 qm große Sunset-Zimmer in der Nähe vom Europark in Taxham. Alles möbliert. (Bett mit Matt. Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Kommode…)
Die Wohnung hat 79m2 und liegt im 5.Stock eines Haus an der Guritzerstraße. Du unterteilt dich in 4 Zimmer: Küche, Abstellraum, ein Bad und eine Toilette ist getrennt, sowie ein kleiner Eingangsbereich. Es gibt außerdem zwei Balkon, wo man gemütliche Abende oder Nachmittage mit Freunden verbringen kann. Wenn es einen Sonnenuntergang gibt, wirst du ihn immer sehen ;) Hier lässt sich jeder Sommerabend schön ausklingen oder im Winter Punsch genießen. Außerdem gibt’s in der Küche, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Reis Kocher. Im Bad befindet sich die Badewanne. Vom Balkon aus blickst du auf das schöne Bergen und Fußball Spiel. Weiters gehört zu der Wohnung ein Kellerabteil, wo auch dein Fahrrad Platz und Waschmaschine(10 Cent/ jede 11 min.) Trockenraum findet.

This is beautiful 21 sqm sunset room near Europark in Taxham. All furnished. (Bed with mattress, desk, chair, closet, chest of drawers...)
The apartment has 79m2 and is located on the 5th floor of a house on Guritzerstraße. It is divided into 4 rooms: kitchen, storage room, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a small entrance area.
There are also two balconies where you can spend cozy evenings or afternoons with friends. If there's a sunset, you'll always see it ;) It's a great place to end every summer evening or enjoy punch in winter.
The kitchen is also furnished with an oven, microwave and rice cooker.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom. From the balcony you have a view of the beautiful Bergen and soccer game. Furthermore, the apartment has a cellar compartment where you can also store your bicycle and a washing machine (10 cents/ every 11 min.) and drying room.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Guritzerstraße. Fußweg nur 1 Minute bist du bei “Etrichstraße” wo die meisten Busse der Stadt eine Haltestelle haben. In wenigen Schritten bist du am Europark. 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, M Preis). Außerdem gibt es einige Restaurants sowie andere Imbissmöglichkeiten in der Straße.

The apartment is located on Guritzerstraße. It is only a 1-minute walk to "Etrichstraße", where most of the city's buses stop. In a few steps you are at the Europark. Shopping facilities (Billa, M Preis) are 200 meters from the apartment. There are also several restaurants and other snack bars in the street.
Wir sind sehr entspannte und ruhige Menschen. Gerne laden wir Freunde ein. Gekocht und gegessen wird sehr gern und auch gut.Bei allem Spaß, den wir im Leben haben, ist uns aber auch wichtig, dass die WG sauber bleibt und nicht im totalen Chaos versinkt. Deshalb solltest du auch einen Sinn für Sauberkeit haben. Wenn du nicht putzen magst, würdest du dich gestresst fühlen…

We are very relaxed and calm people. We like to invite friends over. We like to cook and eat well, but despite all the fun we have in life, it's also important to us that the shared flat stays clean and doesn't sink into total chaos. That's why you should also have a sense of cleanliness. If you don't like cleaning, you would feel stressed...
