I have one room available in a shared apartment from next January.
Room size: 18m2
With four windows
The bedroom is rented without furniture. It’s square and large enough for you to set it up however you like. (Ps: My roomate is leaving a nice desk and two cupboards :) )

- bright bathroom (two sinks, bathtub, washing machine, cupboard, toilet)

Price: €501/Month (Electricity, internet and insurance not included, ca €50/Month)
Fees for the our self-installed kitchen and some furnitures (Ablöse): €420 * (For details, you can discuss with my current roommate)

Around 10mins walk to the train station,
Around 10mins walk to Z-GIS/Techno-Z,

I (Yingwen) am 27 years old. I studied cartography in Vienna and now work in Salzburg as a researcher.
Florian is 32 years old. He studied Geoinformatik in Uni Salzburg and also works as a researcher.
We both love being outdoors (I -> cycling/hiking, Florian -> hiking). You are welcomed to join us and do something together (e.g.: hiking, biking, drinking, cooking, grocery shopping, etc…;) ) It’s all spontaneous, no stress. Or you can just close your bedroom door and enjoy the privacy when you feel like it.
We value tidiness and cleanness of the shared space in the apartment and hopefully you are the same.
