Ein großes Fenster westlich ausgerichtet.
Sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter hell.
Ruhig gelegen. Wenig lärm von umliegenden Wohnungen und auch die Straße ist kaum zu hören.
Sehr gute öffentlich Anbindung in nur 2 Gehminuten zur Buslinie 6 und Bahnlinie S3. Es gibt 2 Fahrradkeller und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockenraum.
Sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden.
Zu Fuß erreicht man die Linien 23, 6 und die S-Bahn Stationen Parsch in 3 min.
Ein kleiner Spar befindet sich ebenfalls etwa 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Sehr grüne und ruhige Umgebung mit einem schönen Park in der Nähe.
Derzeit wohnen in der WG Louisa 20 und Gabriel 25. Sauber aber nicht steril
Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zu Verfügung, jedoch im Keller der Wohnung. Diese funktionieren nur mit 10c Münzen.
