Charming 2 separate bedroom apartment in an excellent location only 2 mins walk from the central train station, buses and supermarket. 10 min walk into the city center of Salzburg.
I am looking for a new flatmate as my preivous one will finish his Erasmus semester end of January. The room that is available is big and very spacious with wooden flooring and lots of cupboard storage.
It comes fully furnished with a bedside table, desk & office chair, lounge chair.
Apartment comes with a fully equiped kitchen/lounge. Bathroom is spacious and well functioning.
Laundry is done downstairs in the cellar and lots of storage space is also available in the cellar.

The flat has a balcony looking out onto the Gaisberg mountain, is a three minute walk to the main train/bus station, SPAR and Forum 1 shopping center. 10 minute walk to the old town city center of Salzburg.

I often practice violin at home and a few of the neighbors are also musicians so there will be practicing during daylight hours.
