Das Zimmer ist mit einem Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank möbliert und verfügt über einen Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Waschkeller mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Kellerabteil zum Trocknen der Wäsche.
The 3-room apartment is located on the upper floor in an old villa in the center of Sandhausen. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher), which are available for common use. A good internet connection is included.
The room is furnished with a bunk bed, desk, chair and closet and has a balcony. The apartment has a laundry room with two washing machines and a cellar compartment for drying laundry.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der S-Bahn-Halstestelle St. Ilgen/Sandhausen und dem Stadtzentrum in Sandhausen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP) in die Region Karlsruhe/Bruchsal und Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen).
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckerein und weitere Geschäfte.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist die Autobahn A6 oder A5 super angebunden.
The apartment is located between the S-Bahn station St. Ilgen/Sandhausen and the city center in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport in the direction of Walldorf (SAP) to the Karlsruhe/Bruchsal and Heidelberg region (1-2 stops each).
