Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ca. 100 Jahre alten Villa im Zentrum von Sandhausen, die sich über drei Etagen erstreckt.
Zur WG gehören als Gemeinschaftsfläche eine neue und voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn- bzw. Aufenthaltsbereich, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Dusche mit WC und noch ein seperates WC.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der S-Bahn-Halstestelle St. Ilgen/Sandhausen und dem Stadtzentrum in Sandhausen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP) in die Region Karlsruhe/Bruchsal und Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen).
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckerein und weitere Geschäfte.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist auch die Autobahn A6 oder A5 super angebunden.
The apartment is located between the S-Bahn station St. Ilgen/Sandhausen and the city center in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport in the direction of Walldorf (SAP) to the Karlsruhe/Bruchsal and Heidelberg region (1-2 stops each).
In addition to the grocery store Aldi and the drugstore chain dm, which are 5 minutes away on foot, you can also reach Rewe (open until midnight) or Lidl in about 10 minutes on foot. Es ist eine sehr junge, freundliche und gut organisierte WG. Gelegentlich isst man gemeinsam zu Abend oder verbringt die Zeit gemütlich zusammen, jedoch ohne Zwang.
