Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ca. 100 Jahre alten Villa im Zentrum von Sandhausen.
Zur WG gehören als Gemeinschaftsfläche eine Küche mit Essbereich und ein Duschbad mit WC.
Eine gute Internetverbindung ist inbegriffen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Waschkeller mit zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockenraum.
Fahrräder können bei den Stellplätzen abgestellt werden. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden.
Das Zimmer 01 verfügt über zwei große Fenster und viel Tageslicht.
Wir bieten das Zimmer auch möbliert für einen Aufpreis von 50€ im Monat an. Hierbei inbegriffen sind: Stuhl, Tisch, Bett, Matratze, Schrank.
Das Badezimmer wurde erst kürzlich umgebaut und verfügt über Dusche und WC.

A good internet connection is included. The flat has a laundry room with two washing machines and a drying room.
Bicycles can be parked at the parking spaces. Plenty of parking spaces are available.
The room 01 has two large windows and lots of daylight.
We also offer the room furnished for a surcharge of 50€ per month. This includes: Chair, table, bed, mattress, wardrobe.
The bathroom was recently remodelled and has a shower and WC.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der S-Bahn-Halstestelle St. Ilgen/Sandhausen und dem Stadtzentrum in Sandhausen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Richtung Walldorf (SAP) in die Region Karlsruhe/Bruchsal und Heidelberg (jeweils 1-2 Haltestellen).
Neben dem Lebensmittelmarkt Aldi und der Drogeriekette dm, die sich fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt befinden, ist auch ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß Rewe (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) oder Lidl zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im Stadtzentrum von Sandhausen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) der Lebensmittelmarkt nahkauf, Imbissläden, Bäckerein und weitere Geschäfte.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist auch die Autobahn A6 oder A5 super angebunden.

The apartment is located between the S-Bahn station St. Ilgen/Sandhausen and the city center in Sandhausen. It is located in a quiet residential area with good connections via public transport in the direction of Walldorf (SAP) to the Karlsruhe/Bruchsal and Heidelberg region (1-2 stops each).
In addition to the grocery store Aldi and the drugstore chain dm, which are 5 minutes away on foot, you can also reach Rewe (open until midnight) or Lidl in about 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore, in the center of Sandhausen (approx. 5 minutes on foot) you will find the grocery store nahkauf, snack stores, bakeries and other stores.
