Zimmer 1 (15m²) = 370 € Kaltmiete
Zimmer 2 (18m²) = 390 € Kaltmiete
Zimmer 3 (24m²) = 490 € Kaltmiete
Zimmer 4 (16m²) = 350 € Kaltmiete
Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten. Bürgschaft ist erwünscht.
Der Abschlag für Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Wasser) beträgt 100 € monatlich. Die Abrechnung nach Verbrauch erfolgt jeweils zum Jahresanfang.
Unser frisch renovierter WG-Bungalow verfügt über drei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und eins im Keller. Alle haben große Fenster, zwei Zimmer einen Einbauschrank und alle einen schönen Blick in den Garten. Das Zimmer im Keller verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Gasheizung ist neu eingebaut. Ein Kabelanschluss für einen Router ist vorhanden.

Das zweite Badezimmer (mit Fenster) befindet sich im Keller mit ausreichend Platz für Waschmaschine und Trockner (ein Trockner ist bereits vorhanden). Dazu gibt es zwei weitere Räume die als Vorratskammer oder Abstellraum genutzt werden können und einige Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Der Garten kann gerne genutzt werden.

As of June 1st, 2021 we are renting out for rooms in our freshly renovated community house.
The four rooms will be rented out individually.
Room 1 (15m²) = 370€ cold rent
Room 2 (18m²) = 390€ cold rent
Room 3 (24m²) = 490€ cold rent
Room 4 (16m²) = 350€ cold rent
The deposit is two month’s rent.

The additional costs for electricity, gas and water amount are 100€ per month. Depending on the rate of consumption, there will be an extra fee or a refund at the beginning of the year.
Our freshly renovated community-bungalow has three rooms on the ground-floor and one in the basement with a separate entrance. All rooms have big windows and doors and a nice view into the garden. Two of the ground-floor rooms have a built-in wardrobe. Gas heating is new integrated.

A big eat-in kitchen (kitchen already present) with adjacent dining room, two bathrooms with a shower and two basement rooms are for shared usage. The cozy eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace and the wide dining/living area are perfect for lounging and evenings spent together.

The second bathroom is located in the basement and has enough space for a washing machine and dryer (the dryer is already present). Two extra rooms can be used as a pantry or a storeroom as well.

The house also has a garden for you to use.
As you can see on the pictures, we are in the middle of renovating everything for you.
