Hey! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my 9m² room in a three-room-apartment in St. Augustin. The room is available from June 1st or earlier. The cold rent is 240€, while warm amounts to 420€ - in the full rent WiFi and electricity is already included.
Furniture: As part of the security deposit, there's a bed, a wardrobe and a chair included. Kitchen utensils such as pans and pots are used communally and don't have to be bought. There's a shared fridge, a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher.
Documents: The landlord needs a self-disclosure and a proof of income, or a parental guarantee.

Hey! Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für mein 9m²-Zimmer in einer Dreizimmerwohnung in Sankt Augustin. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Juni oder früher verfügbar. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 240€, und warm sind es 420€ - in der Warmmiete ist bereits schnelles WLAN und Strom dabei.
Möblierung: Teil der Kaution ist das Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Stuhl. Die Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen oder Töpfe werden gemeinsam genutzt und müssen nicht gekauft werden. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, und eine Spülmaschine.
Dokumente: Der Vermieter benötigt eine Selbstauskunft und einen Einkommensnachweis, bzw. eine Elternbürgschaft.

About the position: The apartment is on the 6th floor of a flatiron building (with an elevator). 5 minutes away by foot there is a bus stop, with which you can get to Bonn, Siegburg or Hennef. Next to the bus stop there is (among others) a Netto and a barber. You can get to St. Augustin Centre by foot within 15 minutes, or 8 minutes by bus. The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences is 20 minutes away, or 13 minutes with the bus.
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung ist im 6. Geschoss eines Hochhauses (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl). 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, über welche man Richtigung Bonn, Siegburg oder Hennef fahren kann. Neben der Bushaltestelle befindet sich u.a. ein Netto und ein Friseur. Man erreicht das Sankt Augustin Zentrum fußläufig in 15 Minuten oder in 8 Minuten mit dem Bus. Die Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg innerhalb von 20 Minuten, bzw. 13 Minuten mit dem Bus.
About the flatshare life: It's really calm there. I currently reside in the room, in the other one is a 21-year-old woman, and the third room is vacant at the moment. There is a shared kitchen with a dishwaser, a shared bathroom including a washing machine, and a balcony.
Zum WG-Leben: Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer wohne momentan ich, im anderen Zimmer eine Einundzwanzigjährige, und das dritte Zimmer ist momentan frei. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein geteiltes Badezimmer samt Waschmaschine, und einen Balkon.
