I am looking for a "nachmieter" who could get the room for the aforementioned period of time (and more, if you want).

The building is quite new (built in 2014), so the furniture and the flat itself are almost untouched. It is located right next to the football friend and a grassy area, where is suitable for sports and etc. It has a storage room in the basement, and a bicycle parking area (safe). Car park is charged extra, and should be negotiated with the Hausverwaltung (which is also located here in the building).
Kitchen has a stove, aspirator, fridge and drawers necessary to keep the utencils in.
The flat is located in a very central area. 10 minutes away from the nearest tram (2 stations away from Siegburg) and bus stations, 5 minutes away from the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and Real/Netto/Lidl supermarkets with a Huma shopping mall. Right behind a sports facility with bike roads, football field, etc. Additionally, Rathaus is 5 minutes away. On top of that, Ärtzehaus is 5 mins away.
Flatmate is a student from the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (being a student or a worker at a university is requirement to live here). The flat is located in a student dormitory, so everyone here is either a student or a staff member in a university, which makes the neighborhood quite friendly, nice and worth living in.

Some of the items that I have here, can be negotiated in case if you want to keep them here (Kitchen utencils, some of the furniture, etc.). Additionally, we can agree on a date on which you can view the room/flat.
