Die Wohnung ist 30 qm groß und ist komplett möbliert.
Sie liegt im 1. OG. Es ist eine neue Küche vorhanden und ein separates Bad.
Ebenso ein Abstellraum, der mit Regalen eingebaut ist. Dort kann auch eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden.
Dieser kann auch als kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank verwendet werden.

Im Haus selber ist im ein Stoffladen, 1. OG ein weiteres Appartement und im 2. OG eine sehr nette 4-er WG.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert, z.B. neue Schallschutzfenster, neuer Aupenanstrich und auch der Hausflur wurde neu gestrichen.
Im Haus selber ist es angenehm ruhig.

Das Haus liegt zentral in der Stadtmitte.
Citycenter, Marktplatz, Bäcker sind alle in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenso verschiedene Gaststätten und Pubs.
Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die HfG ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, zur PH fahren regelmäßig Busse.
Das Appartement wäre ideal z.B. für Wochenendpendler.
