Dieses Zimmer ist momentan voll möbliert und unser Mitbewohner verkauft davon: ein Schreibtisch, ein Bett, ein Sofa und weiteres. Bei Interesse bescheid geben. Auf den Gemeinschaftsflächen gibt es eine geräumige Wohnküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was du zum Kochen benötigst, sowie ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Besonders schön ist die sonnige Dachterrasse mit einem 360°-Panoramablick auf die Stadt. Die Uni, Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof sind alle in der Nähe. Die Miete beträgt pauschal 450 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Highspeed-Internetanschluss. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt sechs Monate. Die WG-Bewohner sind offen, ordentlich, sympathisch und manchmal ein bisschen chaotisch, aber immer für gemeinsames Kochen, Lachen und Lernen zu haben. A shared room awaits you in the middle of the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. This room is currently fully furnished and our roommate is selling it: a desk, a bed, a sofa and more. Let me know if you are interested. In the common areas there is a spacious eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with a washing machine. The sunny roof terrace with a 360° panoramic view of the city is particularly beautiful. The university, bus stops and train station are all nearby. The rent is a flat rate of €450 including all additional costs and high-speed internet connection. The minimum rental period is six months. The flatmates are open, tidy, likeable and sometimes a bit chaotic, but always up for cooking, laughing and learning together. A video of the apartment is available and a viewing is possible.
