Schrank, Bett und Schreibtisch sowie ein Regal sind da, du kannst also direkt einziehen und musst keinerlei Möbel mitbringen. Zwei Fenster sorgen für ausreichend Licht und eine Lüftung ist auch vorhanden. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof rausgeht, ist es auch sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Studis als auch Berufstätige gut geeignet. Sie befindet sich direkt neben dem Campus Schwäbisch Hall, man ist in 2 Minuten dort. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es auch nur 2 Minuten. Die Innenstadt mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und natürlich auch mit dem Fahrrad und mit dem Bus.

The apartment is well suited for both students and professional workers. It is located right next to the Schwäbisch Hall university campus, which is right across the street. The bus stop is also only 2 minutes away. The city center with all shopping facilities is also within 10 minutes walking distance, and of course by bike and bus.
Du teilst dir die WG mit mir, Philip. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und berufstätig. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich in einer Band, gehe laufen und koche/backe gerne selbst. Wenn du Lust hast können wir mal gemeinsam kochen oder uns auf ein Bier zusammen setzen. Ich lebe seit einem Jahr hier in Schwäbisch Hall und zeige dir gerne die Stadt, falls du neu hier bist.
