A well equipped 14m² room including a 160 x 200 bed, wardrobe and a desk. The room is at the end of the hallway and faces the back of the building, which makes it very quiet, also there's very fast wifi connection 1000 mbps. The shared areas are the Kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a built in fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, blender, capsule coffee machine and baking utensils. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The flat is located just 5 minutes walking to the city center, 10 min to the Shopping Center and 15 minutes to the FHSW. There is a supermarket, gas stations and a hospital nearby. Also there is a big playing park in front with soccer fields and tennis tables, a bus stop that takes you to the city center, where you can take any other connection, and there's plenty of parking available.

We are Linda and Marcio, I (Marcio) have been living in the flat for the last 3 years, but I have decided to rent out the guest room.
My name is Marcio, I'm from Brazil and I've been living in Germany for the past 3 years working as a Civil Engineer. I speak German, English, and Portuguese. I'm learning to play guitar so sometime you'll have the privilege to hear me practice. I'm super organized and I like everything to look sparkling clean, so if you have OCD for cleaning or you don't stand the mess of someone else this is the perfect flat for you! Obviously, I'm not going to make a big drama if sometimes there's a bit of a mess, but it will need to go away soon (ask Linda, she has learned by now).
I go to work every day and I'm usually home in the evenings and weekends, so quietness will be very appreciated during this times. I think of home as a place that I can go to recharge my batteries and enjoy peace and quietness, so if you also a reserved person like me it will be very good. But you might hear some noises and maybe screams whenever I'm gaming or there's Formula 1 race (I'm a very big fan). I'm a terrible cook, frozen pizzas and boring sandwiches are my specialty, but I know how Lieferando works. On the other hand, Linda cooks really well and when she is around, for sure, there will be some freshly baked cookies, cake or she will cook us some very nice food (we just need to clean the aftermath).
Linda, studies and works in Darmstadt, but she usually is here from Friday to Sunday, or sometimes I go visit her instead. We have been together for 2 years. She comes from Honduras and speaks Spanish, English and German. So she spends part of her time in Schweinfurt and in Darmstadt. And her brother also lives in schweinfurt and studies in FHWS.
IMPORTANT: I'm not in a hurry to rent the room, I would only rent the room if I find the right person I will be willing to live with. Please send a personal description about yourself, so that we can get to know you a bit and when you would like to move in.
The message could be in German or English. The contract would be for 6 months but it could be extended.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
