Das kleine Zimmer mit eingebauten Hochbett verleiht zusätzlich Raum und Gemütlichkeit.
Durch die beiden Heizungen im Zimmer wird
es sehr schnell warm.
Außerdem kann man es sehr gut Lüften, da es zwei Fenster hat. Die Sonne (falls sie sich
mal raus traut) strahlt erst zur später Stunde rein,
deswegen wird es im Sommer auch nicht sonderlich
heiß im Zimmer.
Ich nehme alle Möbel mit, aber das Hochbett kann ich nicht mitnehmen, also werde ich es an den nächsten Bewohner verkaufen. das Hochbett is aus Holz handgefertigt
das heißt : das Hochbett kann gerne übernommen werden (wird auch präferiert!)

der Preis des Bettes könnte auf 3-7 Monate verteilt werden, um es einfach zu machen
Lage
Die FH kann zu Fuß in ca. 5min erreicht werden.
Außerdem ist eine Bushaltestelle innerhalb von 3min
erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 20min zu
erreichen. EinLidl ist hier um die Ecke. Etwas weiter weg
ist Kaufland, Edeka oder Aldi vorhanden. Die Innenstadt
ist nur 15min entfernt
WG-Leben
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt.
Jeder hat seinen Freiraum den er brauch, aber man verbringt auch Zeit zusammen.
Sei es zusammen Frühstücken, einen Film gucken oder Feiern gehen, aber immer nur wie man Lust hat, hier wird keiner gezwungen.
Wenn man mal Zeit für sich haben möchte, kann einfach die Tür geschlossen werden und das wird dann auch respektiert.
Mit in der WG leben Simon (23) und Caro (25).
