Würzburg und Bamberg sind mit dem Zug sehr gut erreichbar ( Bahnhof nur 4 km entfernt und auch sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar). Studenten können in Schweinfurt für die Busfahrten nach Schweinfurt und zur FH-SW ein günstiges Semester-Ticket beantragen.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studenten der Fachhochschule Schweinfurt: Es wird deutsch und englisch gesprochen. Sie studieren u.a. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Maschinenbau und Logistik.
