Welcome to your new comfortable home with barbecue, garden, bike carport, furnished and all set up :)
Plus its very close to FHWS

We're an international WG (people from all over the world as well as germans) and share a typical german house with our own nice garden.

We like to do stuff together, like to hang out, cooking, having dinner, sharing a wine or beer and dinner at our huge patio or kitchen. One can always choose, whether (s)he wants to have company, or wants some time alone to study or rest and go to her/his room.
All of us need to get up early for studies or for work, therefor we're not a so-called "Party-WG".

We share a big house with a dining room at the kitchen, a barbecue at our garden, a carport to lock our bikes at and keep them dry n safe, and everyone has got his own (fully furnished) room.

Once a week the cleaning lady comes in and cleans the common rooms, the cleaning lady is already payed with your rent, so everything you need is included.
Our "good fairy of the house" cleans the kitchen, bathroom and hallways, so that its always nice and clean at our house.

Your new room is fully furnished: bed, big wardrobe, Table and Chair. So short term tendants are welcome, too. Also its got a big window.

Also is the household fully equipped:
- Kitchen: big fridge, dining table, oven, stove, DISHWASHER, coffee maschine, microwave, water boiler, toaster, AS WELL AS dishes, cutlery, pans and fry pans, glases, cups, bowls and everything else needed.
- bathroom with big window: toilette, shower, hand wash basin
- Extra guest toilett
- corridor: coat rack, shoe shelfes
- laundry at the basement: Washing maschine, dryer, Clothes drying rack
- WLAN included at rent
- roofed terrace with dining table and barbecue
- garden
- carport to lock your bike safe n dry

And the best: All this comfort is already included in your rent! So you're all set up and everythings ready for your moving in.
