Hallo liebe/r neue/r Mitbewohner/in,
Willkommen in deinem neuen Heim: Es ist schon alles möbliert/ eingerichtet. Koffer packen - einziehen. Für den Rest (Möbel, Hausrat, Internet, GEZ) ist bereits gesorgt. Wir sind eine WG aus Studenten der FHWS, die gerne mal zusammen grillen oder auch ein Feierabendbier trinken. Da wir alle wieder früh raus / lernen müssen ist es keine Party-WG.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um schöne, helle WG-Zimmer in einem sehr zentral gelegenem Reihenhaus mit insgesamt 7 WG-Zimmern und WC, Bad, Küche, Keller, Garten mit Gartenhaus und Carport für Fahrräder.
Wlan ist in der Miete inklusive.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner und Haushaltsausstattung sind komplett vorhanden.
1 Mal wöchentlich kommt für 2 Stunden eine Putzfrau zur Grundreinigung der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume (Küche, Bad, Klo & Flur).
Wir haben also keinen Putzplan - natürlich muss jeder hinter sich selbst aufräumen.
Die Zimmer sind Möbliert mit: Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und ggf ist ein Einzug schon früher möglich.
Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich: Alter, Studiengang, gesprochene Sprachen, Hobbies - und was du sonst noch für wichtig über dich findest :)

Internationals are welcome
We're an international WG (people from all over the world as well as germans) and share a typical german house close to the FHWS with a terrasse for bbq and our very nice garden.
We like to do stuff together, either to hang out, cooking, having dinner, having bbq at our huge patio and play board games. Surely, everyone also sometimes needs his personal space. One can always choose, whether (s)he wants to have company and go to the kitchen, or wants some time alone to study or rest and go to her/his room.
All of us need to get up early for studies or work, therefor we're not one of a so-called "Party-WG".
We share a big house with a barbecue at our garden, a carport to lock our bikes at and keep them dry n safe, and everyone has got his own (fully furnished) room.
Once a week the cleaning lady comes in and cleans the common rooms, the cleaning lady is already payed with your rent, so everything you need is included.
Your new room is fully furnished: bed, big wardrobe, desk, chair and still spare place where you can put a cupboard or other furnisher. Also its got a big window.
Also is the household fully equipped:
- Kitchen: big fridge, dining table, oven, stove, DISHWASHER, coffee maschine, microwave, water boiler, toaster, AS WELL AS dishes, cutlery, pans and fry pans, glases, cups, bowls and everything else needed.
- bathroom with big window: toilette, shower, hand wash basin and a shelf for each person
- single WC
- corridor: coat rack, shoe shelfes
- laundry at the basement: Washing maschine, dryer, Clothes drying rack
- WLAN included at rent
- roofed terrace with dining table and barbecue
- garden
- carport to lock your bike safe n dry
And the best: All this comfort is already included in your rent! So you're all set up and everythings ready for your moving in.

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße oder der Nebenstrasse.
Sehr gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten:
1 min zu Fuß ist ein Lebensmittelladen, Metzger, Apotheke, Schreibwarenladen,
Lidl und McDonalds sind 10 min zu Fuß
Für Fahhräder haben wir einen abschließbaren Garten mit Fahrradcarport.
Sehr zentrale Lage:
- 1 min* in die Innenstadt
- 3 min* zu FAG oder ZF Sachs
- 1 min* zur FHWS (und zum Bayernkollege 1,5 min)
- 1 min* zur Kfz-Meister Schule
*mit dem Fahrrad
In unserer WG ist grundsätzlich eine gute Stimmung - wir sind alle jung und unkompliziert. Verstehen uns gut und unternehmen auch Dinge gemeinsam oder kochen (& grillen) spontan zusammen, ist allerdings kein muss. Wer lernen möchte oder einfach seine Ruhe will, geht auf sein Zimmer und schließt die Türe :-).
Allerdings: keine Party-WG. Ein Bier am Abend oder Grillen im Sommer gerne, aber wir müssen alle werktags zum Praktikum/ Meisterschule/ Ausbildung/ FH/ Arbeit.
Im Haus und den Zimmern ist absolutes Rauchverbot. Aber wir haben einen Garten mit Glasüberdachung und Sitzecke, wo geraucht werden darf.
