Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein ca. 21 qm Zimmer in einer 3er WG, da ich für meine Bachelorarbeit umziehen werde.
Die meisten Möbel gebe ich für einen gesamten Abschlag von 220€ ab.
Dies beinhaltet:

Ledercouch, auslappbar mit Schlaffunktion
Couchtisch (Ikea Lack)
Fernseherregal (Ikea Kallax)
Schreibtisch 200 x 60 cm
Kleine Kommode
Große Kommode (Ikea Hemnes)
Kleiderschrank 100 x 200 cm
Regal 50 x 200 cm
Außerdem wird eine Ablöse für alle anderen Dinge die es gibt fällig: 65€
Für Waschmaschine, Töpfe, Teller, Regale und alles andere was sich in der WG befindet :)
Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.
Im Umkreis von 5min gibt es eigentlich alles was man so braucht:
Supermarkt, Bäcker, Asiatisches Restaurant, Döner, Italiener, Eisdiele, Friseur usw.
Zur Innenstadt dauert es ca. 10 min zu Fuß.
Zur FHWS Campus 1 dauert es ca. 11 min und zum Campus 2 dauert es 5 min.
Zusätzlich fährt ein Bus von Campus 1 zu Campus 2 wodurch man noch schneller Zuhause ist.
