Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ausgestattet mit einem Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal und Spiegel. Highlight ist das ausziehbare Bett - ideal, auch für spontanen Besuch. Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen Fernsehanschluss.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Müll, Wasser, WLAN etc. inklusive. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem kann der Garten mitbenutzt werden.
Es gibt außerdem 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC.
Das Mietverhältnis kann bis Ende Dezember oder auch unbefristet verlängert werden.
Beste Lage, da das Irish Pub in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch zum Penny kann man in ca. 5 Minuten laufen.
Zum DHBW-Campus Sozialwesen, sowie in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof/ HFU und DHBW Wirtschaft benötigt man ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß.
Im genannten Zeitpunkt werden voraussichtlich nur meine beiden Mitbewohner anwesend sein.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr harmonisch und herzlich.
Sehr gerne treffen wir uns in der Küche. Dort wird dann auch mal spontan ein Tee zusammen getrunken und stellenweise stundenlang geredet.
