ich suche ab 1.11. oder 1.12. (müsste man besprechen) einen nachmieter für mein tolles zimmerchen und meine lieben mitbewohner (jenny(22jahre, ergotherapeutin) und markus(26jahre, gartenlandschaftsbauer)).
die wohnung liegt superzentral(5min bis bhf schwerin, 2 min bis schloßparkcenter, gute straßenbahnanbindung, kino + pfaffenteich in der nähe, etc.). wir haben internet, duschbad, einbauküche, großen keller für´s fahrrad, supernette vermieter und n kleinen hinterhof, den man aber vorher aufpeppeln müsste um ihn richtig zu nutzen.
wir sind leidenschaftliche wg-bewohner. die küche ist mittelpunkt der wg. hier wird, wenn zeit ist, gekocht und gequatscht.
