Das Zimmer hat ca 27 qm. Im Raum sind Heizungen und Fenster, die Richtung Süden gerichtet sind und das Zimmer sehr hell und freundlich machen.
Bei Bedarf schicke ich gerne Fotos. Die 207€ ist die WARMMIETE!
Da die Wohnung gekündigt ist, ist das Zimmer nur bis zum 28. Februar 2014 bewohnbar!!
Von der Wohnung aus kann man in 2 min Fußweg den Marienplatz erreichen, von wo auch die Straßenbahnen fahren. Dort ist auch die Marienplatzgalerie und das Schlossparkcenter.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 7 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Gegenüber ist in 0,8 min ein Bioladen erreichbar.
Ohne mich sind in der WG noch 3 Mädels im Alter zwischen 16 und 18. Eine macht eine Ausbildung zur MTRA, eine zur Physiotherapeutin und eine arebitet in einer Physiotherapiepraxis. Es sind alle Tagsüber meist unterwegs. Es sind alle ganz lieb, nett,aufgeschlossen und kontaktfreudig.
Bitte nur Abends nach 18 Uhr bis 20 Uhr anrufen. SMS o. Mail schreiben wäre am Besten, ich melde mich dann zurück.
