Es können ein oder auch zwei Zimmer (im EG und OG) je nach Wunsch angemietet werden. Der Preis kann dann noch verhandelt werden.
Es ist ein wunderschöner ökologisch sanierter Altbau mitten in der Schelfstadt mit einem romantischen Innenhof und Balkon.
Die Wohnküche mit Kamin ist sehr groß und auch das 40 m² große Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin.
Es im hellen Bad gibt Badewanne und Dusche sowie einen großen Keller und einen PKW-Stellplatz.
Ich bin berufstätig, Nichtraucherin und habe keine Tiere. Gern kann man auch mal etwas gemeinsam machen (grillen oder kochen) aber sonst weiß ich auch langjähriger WG-Erfahrung, dass man sich auch gut in Ruhe lassen kann.
Gern können auch Möbel wie Tisch oder Schränke mit angemietet werden.
Kommt gern vorbei und wir reden über alles weitere in Ruhe.
