Im Zeitraum vom 1.Februar bis Ende Juli suche ich einen Untermieter für meine 2er WG Wohnung in Siegburg. Deine zukünftige WG Partnerin ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert im Master in Bonn.
Die Maisonette Wohnung ist 85m² groß, dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (140cm Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch) und um die 18m² groß. Zur komfortablen Verfügung steht dir eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, schnelles 100 Mbit/s WLAN, mein privates Fahrrad sowie ein Gemeinschaftsgarten (Mitbenutzung mit 3 Nachbarn). Das Badezimmer ist modern und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettbezug ist inklusive.

In the period from February 1 to the end of July I am looking for a subtenant for my 2-person shared apartment in Siegburg. Your future partner is 27 years old and studies M.Sc. Physics in Bonn.
The maisonette is 85m², your future room is fully furnished (140cm bed, closet, desk) and about 18m². For your convenience you have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, about 100 Mbit/s WLAN, my private bike and a shared garden (shared with 3 neighbors). The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, towels and bed linen is included.
Zu Fuß braucht man 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 13 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Die Bushaltestelle "Siegburg Zum hohen Ufer" ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, alle Busse fahren u.a. zum Siegburger Bahnhof. Vom Bahnhof kommt man mit der Bahn innerhalb von 25 Minuten nach Köln und Bonn.
Die Autobahnanbindung zur A3 und A59 ist 3 Minuten entfernt.
Alles in allem liegt das Haus in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung. Innerhalb weniger Minuten kommt man zu Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, HIT und DM, viele Angebote wie Ärzte, Kino, Apotheken und Co. sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ein riesiges Wald- und Flussgebiet kann innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten entdeckt werden.

It takes 8 minutes to walk to the city center and 13 minutes to the train station. The bus stop "Siegburg Zum hohen Ufer" is 4 minutes walk away, all buses go to the Siegburger train station. With my bike you would be at the train station within 4 minutes. From the station you can reach Cologne and Bonn within 25 minutes by train.
The highway connection to the A3 and A59 is 3 minutes away.
All in all, the house is located in a quiet area with good connections. Within a few minutes you can reach Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, HIT and DM, many offers such as doctors, cinema, pharmacies and Co. are within a short walking distance. A huge forest and river area can be discovered within 10 minutes walk.
Wir suchen eine ordentliche Person, am besten mit grünem Daumen. Geschlecht ist uns egal, am liebsten mit Vorerfahrungen außerhalb des Elternhauses. Da deine zukünftige WG Mitbewohnerin dich ein bisschen kennenlernen möchte, würden wir gerne vorab ein digitales Interview mit dir führen.
