Hi,
Ich biete euch mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Vom 1.Juni bis zum 15. Juli, eventuell länger.
Ich erspare mir viele Worte, kommt vorbei und schaut. Nur soviel: Das Zimmer hat ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Schöner charmanter Altbau. Sehr hell. Die Lage ist top. Ihr seid überall schnell, Kölner Tor ist vor der Tür, Bhf fünf Minuten, Oberstadt fünf Minuten, Netto fünf Minuten. Zum Bäcker muss man nur eben über die Straße.
Die WG ist sehr ruhig, ein Mitbewohner ist berufstätig und hat nach Feierabend gerne seine Ruhe, der andere Mitbewohner ist selten anzutreffen (Freundin ;)).
Für alles weitere, ruft an oder schreibt. Ich melde mich in jedem Fall zurück.
