Das Wohnheim verfügt über sehr gute Busverbindungen: Uni 13 Minuten, Siegen Innenstadt ca. 25 Minuten, Weidenau Zentrum 7 Minuten. Das ist ein WG-Zimmer und es befindet sich einen Küche, Toilette und Dusche für alle Mitbewohnern. Rauchen ist ganz verboten innerhalb des Zimmers, nur möglich im Balkon. Es liegt keine Parkplatu vor und die Miete beträgt 272 Euro mit allem inklusiv und ohne Kaution, jedoch die Miete muss vor dem Einzug des Zimmers bezahlt werden. Während des Bleibens des Zimmer ist es wünschwert, KEINE Beschädigung liegt vor, sonst der Untermieter selbst zahlen muss.
I am searching for a subtenant from 20 March till 01 May (for 40 days) for my room in Engsbachstraße 58 (7th floor with lift) in Siegen. The position has a good bus connection: to the university 13 minutes, to the main city 25 minutes, to weidenau 7 minutes. This is a shared apartment and there are shared toilets, bathroom and shower room. Smoking inside the room is forbidden and can only be possible in the balcony. There are no parking place while the rent is 272 Euro with everything including and the rent has to be paid before moving. While staying at the room, NO damages should take place, otherwise the temporary tenant has to pay on h/her own.
