Es sind 2 zusammenhängende Zimmer zu vermieten (24qm²). Insgesamt hat die Wohnung eine Wohnfläche von 160m². Es gibt ein Bad (mit Dusche und Waschmaschine), ein Gäste WC, eine voll eingerichtete Küche, einen Gemeinschaftsraum, eine große Terrasse und einen Keller für Fahrräder und sonstiges.
In den angegebenen Kosten (330€) ist alles enthalten. Auch Telefon, Internet und GEZ.
Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral, direkt in der Soester Innenstadt. Es sind 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 10min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad zu Fachhochschule. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt. Zum Teil kochen oder unternehmen wir etwas zusammen, was aber kein Muss ist. Wir sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit und freuen uns auf einen/eine neuen Mitbewohner/in.
