Das zu vermietende Zimmer in unserer schönen WG ist 24m² groß. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung eine Wohnfläche von 158m². Es gibt ein Bad (mit Dusche und Waschmaschine), eine Gäste WC, eine voll eingerichtete Küche, einen Gemeinschaftsraum, eine große Terrasse und einen Keller für Fahrräder und sonstiges.
In den angegebenen Kosten (310€) ist alles enthalten. Auch Telefon, Internet und GEZ.
Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral, direkt in der Soester Innenstadt. Es sind 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 10min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad zu Fachhochschule. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt. Zum Teil unternehmen wir etwas zusammen, was aber kein Muss ist. Wir sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit und freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner/in.
