The room is fully furnished. It is a private studentwohnheim near the University of Fh Soest. Mostly students are living in the whole building. The room has everything you need ( 2-chair, 2-table, 1 large Schrank).
** There is no internet connection right now, as I am moving out and I was using my private connection from deutsche telekom. But anyone who will rent the room can get his own line in the room or he/she can share with the next door student.
The location of the house is very good.
1) There is 2 bus stops (Grandwegertor, Glassergasse) which is 3 minute by walking distance.
2) A large Cinema hall (kino) just infront of the house.
3) The university can be accessible (Fh Soest) 15-20min by walking.
4) Nearest shop is Rewe. A pizza shop and a chinese food shop is just nearby. There is also a Hair salon, just at the right side of the building.
5) Bahnhof: 15-20min (by walking) 10min(by bus)
Currently, I was living alone in the whole 2 person apartment. The other room has been empty for quite a long time. So, you can live here comfortably, using the toilet and also the kitchen all by yourself.
There is also a place infront where you can wash your clothes. It is controlled by the studentenwohneim authority. You can park your bicycle downstairs. There is a small open space infront of the building where you can walk in the morning as well as throughout the day.
