Ich suche ab dem 1.Juli 2014 eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner!
Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer Zweier WG.
In dem Zimmer befinden sich Bett, großer Schrank, Schreibtsich, Schreibtsichstuhl und ein Regal.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr renoviert und den Großteil der Möbel habe ich im Oktober letzten Jahres gekauft - also alles in einem Top Zustand.
Die Wohnung ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet.

I am looking for a nice room mate for a shared flat for two persons! The room will be free from 1. July on.
The apartment was renovated last year and most of the furniture was bought by me last year in october - so everything is in a very good status.
The style is modern and pretty plain with light furniture.

Die Wohung befindet im Stadtteil Lagera, in der Nähe der Medical University und ca 30 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmitte (Bus, Tram) gibt es allerdings 5 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.

The appartment is situated in Lagera, near to the Medical University and about 30 min by foot from the center.
Puplic transport (bus, tram) is reachable within 5 min by foot.
The room is furnished with bed, a big closet, desk, chair and a bookshelf.
Ich suche nicht nach einem Mitbewohner für eine Zweck WG, sondern würde mich freuen was zusammen unternehmen zu können :-)
Wenn du neu in Sofia bist, zeige ich dir gerne die Stadt!
