Big and brigth room with double bed , computer desk (with chair) , bedside table and a balcony ... The flat is 180 m2 (with 4 big rooms for each person of the house) the distribution of the flat make the four rooms very independent for the others …the kitchen it's full equiped (oven washingmachine,microwave,and all you need if you want to bake a cake).
We are located in a nice neighborhood, near to three important spots , Pl . Cataluyna , Pl.Universitat and Pl. España, we are also close to MACBA , MENAC and Caixa Forum (three museums of barcelona).
The metro ( red line) is just one block away and we have a few supermarkets and minimarkets around.
Isabel is one of the girls she work as a photographer and arrange events for a spanish singer as well, Enric is the guy and he work as a fitness trainer and i'm Diana I`m a photographer too but now i'm working in fashion design , the dog name is Sisas he will be tree years old on april, he is medium height.
I allow people who smoke ,but if somebody doesn't we try to be respectful…this happen with everything , i like thing by mutual agreement . It's o.k to have visitors (but if it's to many days or to many people we can talk about it). If you want to leave the flat you have to tell me with 30 days in advance so i can find somebody else.
