Ich bin 20 Jahre alt und arbeite bei der PFW Aerospace AG in Speyer. Ab sofort suche ich einen neuen Bewohner/in.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 45m2, liegt hinter dem Domgarten (3 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone) im 1. OG und wurde ca. vor 12 Jahren renoviert (weißer Fliesenboden, Bad, Fenster und Heizung) In der ausgestatteten Küche gibt es einen Essplatz am Fenster, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine zum mitbenutzen. Musik machen und hören ist kein Problem, da die Wohnung gut schallisoliert ist.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden. Bei Fragen einfach anrufen(am besten Mittwoch-Freitag abend ab 18.00 Uhr) oder mailen.
Auf Wunsch kann die das Zimmer auch einfach Möbliert werden (Bett, Tisch, Regal)
Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Speyer. Mit dem Rad ist man in 8min am Bahnhof und in ca. 5min in der Innenstadt. Wenn man sich abspricht wäre gemeinsames Einkaufen mit dem Auto im Supermarkt (Handelshof, Marktkauf) möglich. Ansonsten ist der Rewe in der Fußgängerzone am schnellsten zu erreichen.
