Ob beim Lunch im großen Wohnzimmer mit Blick über die Stadt oder einem abendlichen Bier auf der sommerlichen Terrasse, man hat eine gute Zeit in der WG. Für den Zeitraum vom 01.07.24 bis 30.09.24 ist mein Zimmer frei, da ich für ein Praktikum nach Genf ziehe.

- Geräumiges und helles Wohnzimmer mit Blick über St. Gallen
- Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und gemeinschaftlich genutztes Badezimmer
- Geräumige Terrasse mit kleinem privatem Garten und Grill
- Gemeinschaftlich genutzte (kostenlose) Waschmaschine und Trockner nur ein Stockwerk unterhalb

Dear community, we are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 3-person shared apartment in the center of St. Gallen. Whether it's having lunch in the large living room with a view over the city or enjoying an evening beer on the summery terrace, you are sure to have a great time in our flat. My room will be available from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, as I will be moving to Geneva for an internship.
Here are some facts about the apartment:
- 4-room apartment with 93 sqm of living space on the mezzanine floor
- Spacious and bright living room with a view over St. Gallen
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shared bathroom
- Large terrace with a small private garden and a grill

- Gelegen am Spiesertor in Linsebühel
- Gerade hoch genug am Hang, um die Stadt zu überblicken, aber ohne den Berg zu weit hochzulaufen
- Zu Fuß: 7min zum Marktplatz, 15min zum HB und 20min zur Uni
- Gute Bus und Bahn-Anbindung fast direkt vor der Tür
The location:
• Located at Spiesertor in Linsebühel
• High enough on the slope to overlook the city, but without having to walk too far up the hill
• On foot: 7min to the marketplace, 15min to the main station, and 20min to the university
• Good bus and train connections almost right outside the door
