Du bist offen, schätzt ab und an einen geselligen Abend mit deiner neuen WG und stehst mit mindestens 1,5 Beinen im Leben - dann bist du bei uns richtig! Wir sind eine 4er WG und geniessen in unserer modernen und hellen 6,5 Zimmer Wohnung den grossen Süd-Balkon (gerne auch mit Aperol) und das offene gemeinsame Wohnzimmer. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen wir ab und zu zusammen (…äh oder bestellen Mal wieder was).
2 der 4 Zimmer werden flexibel auf Anfang Juli oder Ende August frei. Die WG befindet sich in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dein Zimmer wäre eines der 12qm auf der Nordseite der Wohnung. Du teilst dir dabei 2 Bäder (1xWC&Dusche und 1xWC) mit 2 deiner Mitbewohner/innen. Im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Netflix und eine Reinigungskraft und was man sonst in einer WG noch so braucht (Putzzeug, Müllsäcke etc.).

We are Maria (female, 24) and Julia (female, 26) and we're looking for you? (male/female)
Are you open, enjoy an occasional social evening with your new flatmates, and firmly planted in life with at least one and a half legs? Then you're the right fit for us! We're a group of four enjoying our modern and bright 6.5-room apartment, which includes a large south-facing balcony (Aperol welcome) and a shared open living room. Sometimes we cook together in our well-equipped kitchen (...or maybe just order something again).
Two of the four rooms will become available at the beginning of July or end of August, flexible. Our flat is within walking distance to the train station and several shopping facilities. Your room would be one of the 12 sqm rooms on the north side of the apartment. You will share two bathrooms (one with WC and shower and one WC) with two of your roommates. The rent includes all utilities, Netflix, a cleaning service, and other typical shared house necessities (cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.).
