In unserer 5-er WG wird ab sofort ein Zimmer unbefristet frei! Die Wohnung befindet sich am Oberen Graben 46.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 QM gross und südseitig ausgerichtet. Außerdem verfügt es über einen eigenen Balkon. Die Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden (Preis nach Absprache). Die Miete von 788 CHF beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten und Internet.
Zu unserer Wohnung: Sie verfügt über zwei geräumige, vollständig möblierte Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die Klostertürme, drei renovierte Badezimmer und eine vollausgestatte, renovierte Küche. Außerdem gibt es noch zusätzlich zwei Gemeinschaftsbalkone (bei Küche und Wohnzimmer) sowie eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug und einen eigenen Keller (trocken) mit Fahrradabstellplatz.

The room is about 20 SM big and directed to the south. It also features a private balcony. The furniture can be taken over (price to be discussed). The rent of 788 CHF already includes all utilities and internet.
General information about our flat: It has two very spacious, fully furnished living rooms with a view of the monastery towers, three fully renovated bathrooms and a fully equipped, renovated kitchen. Furthermore, the flat features two shared balconies (accessible from the kitchen and the living room) as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer inside the flat. The house has an elevator and a basement (dry) featuring room for bicycle storage inside the house.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, direkt am Altstadtrand (Oberer Graben 46). Der Bahnhof ist in 5, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle (Bleicheli) sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, wo die Buslinie 5 direkt zur Uni hochfährt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 7 min an der Universität (zu Fuss 15 min).
The flat is located in the center of St. Gallen (Oberer Graben 46). The train station is within 5, supermarket and the bus station (Bleicheli) within 2 min walking distance. By bus you are in 7 min at the university (by foot in about 15 min).

Du wirst mit Céline, Anne, Tobi und Luca zusammen wohnen, die sich alle im Studium an der HSG befinden. Wir pflegen ein offenes WG-Leben und sind auch für ein gemeinsames Essen oder ein, zwei Drinks zu haben. Zudem sind unsere Nachbarn sehr angenehm and unkompliziert.
You'll live together with Céline, Anne, Tobi and Luca who all study at the university. We maintain an open flat-sharing life and are also available for a meal or two drinks together. In addition, our neighbors are very nice and easy-going
In der Wohnung wird zudem noch ein weiteres kleineres Zimmer (ungefähr 10 QM) frei. Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet hierfür beträgt 715 CHF. Bei Interesse kann ich auch dazu gerne mehr Informationen geben.
In our flat, another smaller room (10 SM) will also become available. The rent for this room is 715 CHF including all utilities and internet. In case of interest, I can also provide more information on that.
