Es ist eine sehr große helle Wohnung mit insgesamt 77 qm. Die Küche hat eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und genügend Stauraum. Das Badezimmer ist bestückt mit einer Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt eine kleine Kammer für die Waschmaschine, die auch vorhanden ist. Die Böden sind komplett gefliest oder mit Parkett ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zu Teltow. Man Wohnt zentral und es ist alles was man braucht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aldi, Lidl und Kaufladen sind etwa 800m entfernt. Zur nächsten Bus Haltestelle sind es 3 Minuten. Sie verkehren von Montag bis Samstag im 10 min takt und am Sonntag alle 20 bis 30 min.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Typ der wenn er Zeit hat vor dem PC sitzt, bin relative viel arbeiten und dies auch in Schichten. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Mir ist wichtig das man sich versteht, denn sonst ist das Wg Leben etwas schwierig. Am liebsten wäre mir jemand geselliges der gerne mal nach Feierabend quatscht oder auch mal was unternehmen möchte.
Ich denke alle weiteren Fragen kann man gerne beim schreiben, telefonieren oder bei einem Treffen/Besichtigung klären.
Mich kann man eigentlich rund um die Uhr erreichen schreibt mir einfach. Wenn ich auf Arbeit bin kann ich nicht immer sofort antworten, es kann ein paar Stunden dauern.
