I rent out my apartment in Blackeberg since Im mmoving to Bonn for studies.
Preferibly Im looking for someone from Bonn that want to swap.
The apartment has two rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, balcony and can be shared.
I have people interested in renting a room so if you only want to rent one room that can be arranged. Otherwise I can rent out the whole apartment. The complete apartment is rented out furnitured and heat and wifi is included.
The apartment has a dishwasher that can be installed for a fee if interested.
RENT:
Whole apartmen: 7500sek
Big room with balcony: 4000sek
Smal room: 3500sek

Calm area with a lot of greenary
5 min from lake, subway and supermarket
25min to the central station of Stockholm
I love all the nature that surrounds the apartment; that I can walk out of the house and immediately find myself in the middle of the forest. At the same time it´s so convenient to have the subway just minutes away which makes it very easy to get downtown fast.
For the moment no flamated are living here.
I do have some people interested but if you prefer to rent the whole apartment that can also be arranged.
Preference will be giving to someone that has accomodation in Bonn and can swap with me since Im moving there in september/oktober.
