Our room mate is moving out from from our shared apartment on the 5th of August so we are looking for someone to rent out her room. It’s a big and bright furnished bedroom and a big window facing the court yard.
The apartment is in Solna (Frösunda), less than 10 minute walk to Solna station (pendeltag) and the Mall of Scandianvia with good bus links in front of the door as well to the city centre. It is also quite close to KI, KTH and SU. It is a large (102 mtrs) open plan area with good lightening from the windows and a big balcony.
You’ll have access to all the communal areas including lounge, kitchen and a dining area. The building itself has washing facilities and a sauna. :)
You will share the apartment with myself and Clara. We are both doing a PhD here in Stockholm and like being active and meeting friends in our free time.
The room is 7750 SEK per month (bills and internet included) with a deposit of 7750. Send a message or any question if you are interested. (:
