Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 m² und ist durch das große Doppelfenster Richtung Süden sehr hell und freundlich. Dazu kommen Wohnküche, mehrere Abstellräume & Gartenmitbenutzung. Wir haben drei Bäder und eine zusätzliche Toilette. Insgesamt haben wir wirklich kein Platzproblem…
We offer an all-inclusive-eco-electricity-DSL-flatrate-garden-carefree-package with nice flatmates in a beautiful family house. The room has about 11 m² and is very bright and friendly due to a large double window facing south. In addition, we share a eat-in kitchen, several storage rooms & a garden. We have three bathrooms and an additional toilet. Overall, we really have no space problem....
Das Haus liegt im ruhigen westlichen Straubinger Stadtteil Alburg. Wir haben nur auf einer Grundstücksseite Nachbarn, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus sind es 10 – 15 min zum Bahnhof oder in die Innenstadt. Bäcker und Metzger sind ca. 5 min zu Fuß, zum Supermarkt fährt man etwa 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
The house is located in the quiet western Straubing district of Alburg. We have neighbors only on one side of the property, so it is very quiet. By bike or bus it is 10 to 15 min to the train station or to the city center. Baker and butcher are about 5 min walk, to the supermarket it takes 5 min by bike.
Wir sind eine 5er-WG, die verbleibenden Mitbewohner:innen sind zwischen 23 und 27 Jahre alt und freuen sich darauf, neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, wobei mit so vielen Leuten jeder nicht allzu oft zum Wischmob greifen muss ;) Da wir alle unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten nachgehen, nehmen wir gegenseitig Rücksicht aufeinander. Über gemeinsame Aktionen (Kochen, Kino, Fahrradfahren, Spielen, Schwimmen, Grillen, WG-Sommerfest, Werkeln ...) freuen sich aber alle.
We are a shared flat for 5 people, the remaining flatmates are between 23 and 27 years old and are looking forward to meeting new people. There is a weekly cleaning schedule, although with so many people everyone does not have to mop too often ;) Since we all pursue different activities, we are considerate of each other. However, everyone is happy about joint activities (cooking, cinema, cycling, playing, swimming, barbecue, WG summer party, working ...).
Im Garten besteht die Möglichkeit ein bisschen eigenes Gemüse anzupflanzen (zum Bewässern haben wir einen eigenen Grundwasserbrunnen). Er ist groß genug, sich im Sommer dort breit zu machen und Sonne zu tanken, die Hängematte neben dem Teich aufzuhängen oder zu grillen.
In the garden there is a possibility to grow some vegetables (for watering we have our own groundwater well). The garden is large enough to enjoy the sun in the summer, to lie the hammock next to the pond or to have a barbecue.
